She said: "To celebrate 15 years of marriage I would love nothing more than for you to arrive home from Pilates with a two litres of full fat milk."
The author then attached another throwback photo of herself beaming from ear-to-ear while Brian walked off the pitch after a match.
In the old snap, it was lashing rain and Amy had a blue plastic bag wrapped around her shoulders to keep her dry.
