Manair River Front Development Project works will be completed, says IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu
Karimnagar will be developed into a model city in a planned manner with a thrust on completing the pending development works, including the Manair River Front Development Project in the city, IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu said.
He was speaking after laying the foundation stones for the commercial complex of Satavahana Urban Development Authority (SUDA) and the IDSMT shopping complex at an estimated cost of ₹4.79 crore in Karimnagar on Monday.
An action plan will be prepared to complete the pending works in the city that were initiated during the previous government, he said, adding that the Congress government has laid a special focus on the development of Satavahana University in Karimnagar.
Minister for Social Welfare Adluri Laxman Kumar, Manakondur MLA Dr. Kavvampally Satyanarayana, Choppadandi MLA Medipally Sathyam, Karimnagar Collector Pamela Satpathy, SUDA chairman K. Narender Reddy and others were present.
