Former KLM flight attendant 'appalled' that Air Canada colleagues don't get ground pay
Air Canada flight attendants scored a major victory with the inclusion of ground pay in the tentative agreement that ended their strike. Manon van Wamel, a former flight attendant for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, said it's hard work being a flight attendant, and she was surprised to hear that her colleagues in Air Canada weren't getting compensated for all of it.
