ONE Development picks Kenshō Mindful Communications as PR partner
ONE Development, an Emirati-born boutique developer that aims to transform the region's real estate and hospitality landscape, has entrusted homegrown, GCC-based Kenshō Mindful Communications with shaping its public narrative and share its vision with regional and global audiences.
The collaboration aims to fuse ONE's ambitious blueprint with Kenshō's expertise in integrated storytelling, delivering messages that resonate as powerfully as the destinations themselves.
Within a year since its launch, ONE Development has delivered three landmark developments and two hotels across three cities, with a combined value of AED4bn. Anchored by Al Gebely Holding's 43-year legacy and guided by Founder and Chairman, Ali Al Gebely, the company is pursuing a growth vision that transcends bricks and mortar, with an intention to craft destinations rich in identity, purpose and cultural significance.
Kenshō will look to shape the narrative behind these landmark projects – from their unveiling to the ideas and ambitions that bring them to life. In a market defined by noise, the agency aims to ensure ONE Development's presence is not merely seen, but felt.

In the months to come, the brand aims to make more announcements in line with its brand vision to influence on the way the region lives, works and connects.
