Del Taco expands to Louisville with new franchise agreement
Mexican quick-service restaurant chain Del Taco has unveiled plans for a significant expansion into the Louisville, Kentucky area through a five-store development agreement with new franchisee and local restaurant operator Karan Pandher. This move is Del Taco's first entry into the Louisville market. Pandher will lead the development and management of the five upcoming Del Taco outlets. These features cater to mobile app orders and third-party delivery services, streamlining the process for both customers and delivery personnel. Del Taco's dishes are made with premium ingredients such as freshly grilled meats, house-grated cheddar and hand-chopped pico de gallo. The menu features fan favourites such as crinkle-cut fries and Epic Burritos, all freshly prepared on-site. While the specific locations of the new Louisville restaurants are still under consideration, Del Taco anticipates the first opening in 2026 and 2027.
