Shuvee Etrata moves closer to lifelong dream of building family home
Shuvee Etrata is moving closer to achieving her dream of building a house for her family. In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, the Sparkle star expressed her desire to finally build the home she envisions for her family. "Mahaba pa po ang lalakbayin ko. Marami pang bigas ang kakainin ko. Marami pa akong pagdadaanan," Shuvee said. "Maraming blessings na dumarating. And masaya lang po talaga ako na malapit ko na pong matulungan talaga 'yung pamilya ko po, mapatayo po 'yung bahay na gusto ko para sa pamilya ko," she continued. Her aspiration was a driving force even when she joined "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition." "'Yun lang naman po 'yung una ko po talagang pangarap when I entered PBB," Shuvee said. Shuvee is originally from Bantayan Island, Cebu. Her life story is about to be featured on "Magpakailanman," where she will show more of her humble beginnings in her hometown. Shuvee also currently appears in "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" as Veshdita from Mine-a-ve. Shuvee Etrata has already dabbled into pageantry in the past with her morena beauty and swimsuit-ready figure. Now that she has become a household name after her stint in the "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," more people are seeing the vision of her slaying the pageant stage. In an interview with GMA News Online on the sidelines of the GMA Gala 2025, Shuvee said joining a beauty pageant is still in the cards for her, but there's a caveat. "Probably not too soon. Siguro mga 10 years later," she quipped. "Hindi natin alam, but let's see." In the meantime, Shuvee is focusing on her showbiz career. She currently appears as Veshdita in "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" and her life story will be featured in "Magpakailanman." She will also star with Dingdong Dantes and fellow PBB collab housemate Charlie Fleming in an upcoming series with the working title "Master Cutter." Shuvee Etrata is giving fans a thorough look at her life in the upcoming episode of "Magpakailanman." The former 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' housemate is set to star as herself in the episode titled 'The Pinoy Big Breadwinner: The Shuvee Etrata Story.' The Sparkle star will be joined by Sharmaine Arnaiz, Christian Antolin, Migz Diokno, and Gabby Eigenmann. The episode will air on August 9, at 8:15 p.m. on GMA Network. Ever since her return from the outside world, Shuvee has been booked with projects. She currently plays Veshdita in 'Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre.' The Island Ate ng Cebu will also star in the upcoming show 'Master Cutter' with Dingdong Dantes and PBB third big placer Charlie Fleming.
