Horse races return to Presque Isle Downs for summer 2025
The dirt has been plowed and the stables were ready at Presque Isle Downs as the casino kicked off its horse racing season. Presque Isle Downs will have races starting at 3:30 every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday until October. The Kentucky Derby may be over, but its financial impact is still being felt at Presque Isle Downs and Casino. The Kentucky Derby is the first leg of the Triple Crown, and Churchill Downs is its parent company.
