Owner Flaunts Dog's Types of Ears in Hilarious Video
A hilarious video of a dog owner capturing their Goldador, a Golden Retriever and Labrador mix dog, showing off different types of ears, has left the internet in stitches. On May 16, the parent of the adorable canine shared the video on the Instagram account @fingersthegoldador. The video showed the dog making a wide range of hilarious ear gestures, and each one of them is funnier than the last. A video on Instagram showing a dog owner giving funny names to various 'ear shapes' made by their Goldador dog named Fingers has gone viral on social media. In the caption of the post, the cute pooch's owner humorously wrote, 'His special talent is making new ear shapes.' The above-mentioned video, which is the second part of another compilation clip, gave a close look at the dog. The on-screen text on the clip read, 'Types of ears my dog has and what I have named them,' and soon enough, the video showed Fingers making his 'Pinky up ear.' The dog then went on to flaunt his 'Colonial wig ears.' Thereafter came the turn of 'Worm ear.' The owner also captured the canine showing off his 'Checkmark ear.' The pet parent hilariously named another ear gesture of the dog 'Disapp-ears' as they almost vanished. Finally, the video concluded with the Goldador demonstrating a 'Hail a cab ear.' The video has garnered a lot of positive reactions from fellow dog lovers who couldn't stop themselves from loving all these unique ear shapes and their hilarious names. In the comment section, one person revealed their favorite ear shape of the dog, declaring, 'The pinky up ear is my favorite.' Meanwhile, another Instagram user praised all the ears and thought, 'Now these are great.' Another person's comment read, 'Love all types of ears,' while a different commenter stated, 'Omg sooo cute.' ‘Felt like I was body slammed:' Senior attacked by complete stranger in Downtown Vancouver
A senior was attacked by a stranger in Downtown Vancouver on Friday, May 16. A 70-year-old Vancouver man was simply on his way to plug a parking meter, when he was suddenly pushed to the ground by a complete stranger. As he was walking on Homer Street around 3 p.m. Friday, he glanced at his phone and vaguely noticed a man in the distance. Then he heard his head crack. 'It felt like I was body-slammed or shoved backwards, onto the pavement,' said the victim, who CTV News is not identifying, from his home. 'You're wondering, 'What's going on, what's happening?' as I'm falling backwards. And when my head hit the pavement, you still don't understand what's just gone on.' He told CTV News that when he looked up, he could see his attacker casually walking away, and heard him say, ''Oh sorry man,' or 'whoops.'' 'At that point, I raised my head, and I realized there was an awful lot of blood coming out of my head,' he said Two Good Samaritans rushed to his side and brought him indoors. Paramedics found a piece of glass at the back of his head and sent him to hospital for stitches. 'I feel so grateful this wasn't horrific,' he said, pointing out that several innocent people have been stabbed in unprovoked attack over recent years in the same area. He argued Canada needs tougher laws and is calling on the federal government to make it a priority. 'I've always been aware of what's going on around me, but what I've noticed in the last week, if suddenly somebody appears beside me when I'm waiting to cross the street, and I didn't see them approach, I kind of shutter,' he told CTV News. 'There's times where you sort of think about how lucky you are, for one thing, and how much worse it could have been,' said the senior. Derrick James McFeeters, was arrested on Granville Street, and is facing a charge of assault causing bodily harm.

Oil Falls, Weighed by Unexpected Increase in U.S. Crude Inventories
0019 GMT — Oil falls in the early Asian session, weighed by an unexpected increase in U.S. crude inventories. Data released Wednesday by the EIA showed commercial crude oil stocks excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve rose by 1.3 million barrels in the week ended May 16. Analysts surveyed by The Wall Street Journal had predicted an 800,000 barrel decline. Sentiment hasn't been helped by the EIA data, ANZ Research analysts say in a research report. There's also a risk-off tone sparked by weak U.S. Treasurys' auction, the analysts add. Front-month WTI crude oil futures are 0.5% lower at $61.25/bbl; front-month Brent crude oil futures are 0.5% lower at $64.56/bbl. (
