McLaren Offers Ultra-Rare Chance to Own a 2027 Le Mans Hypercar
Summary
McLarenAutomotive and McLaren Racing have launched Project: Endurance, a rare customer partnership program that offers a select few the chance to own a 2027 McLarenLe MansHypercar.
Developed alongside the factory LMDh car, set to compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship, the customer Hypercar will feature a rear-wheel-drive, V6 twin-turbo hybrid powertrain, built in partnership with Dallara. Only a limited number of these authentic race cars will be produced.
More than just ownership, Project: Endurance places customers at the heart of McLaren's return to endurance racing. Participants will gain full behind-the-scenes access to testing, development and race events — becoming part of McLaren's bid to win motorsport's Triple Crown in a single season: Le Mans, Monaco and the Indy 500.
The program includes a two-year global track experience, with access to world-class circuits, personalized coaching and full pit support. Owners will train and drive alongside McLaren's racing team, enjoying a true factory driver experience.
'This incredible opportunity delivers a new dimension in McLaren customer partnership,' said McLaren CEO Nick Collins. McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown added, 'It's a chance to get closer to the action—and own a true race car.'
