Natesan laments Christian domination in Pala
Kottayam: SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan continued making controversial remarks, saying that there is only one Ezhava MLA in Kottayam district and the rest are from 'kurisinte vazhi'.
The situation is no different in Alappuzha, which is the land of Ezhavas, he added. Natesan was speaking at a meeting of the Meenachil and Kaduthuruthy unions of the SNDP Yogam at Ramapuram on Saturday. He also said that there is a Christian domination in Pala and the representation of the Ezhava community is less even in the local bodies.
Natesan also continued his controversial remarks about Malappuram, saying that the governance of the state govt is based on the orders from Malappuram. The views of the Ezhava community have got no value, and there is no one to listen to them, he said.
Yogam vice-president Thushar Vellappally delivered the keynote address.
