Sheetal Maulik steps into Khalida Jan's shoes in Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shahad Shahad
Sheetal Maulik and Khalida Jan After Meri Bhavya Life, Sheetal Maulik, best known as Sonali Chavan in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, is set to take on a new role. However, this time, it is in an ongoing show where she will be replacing another actress. Sheetal has taken over from Khalida Jan to portray the character of Ambika in Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shahad Shahad. While Sheetal remained unavailable for comment, Khalida confirmed her exit and said, 'Yes, I am no longer a part of Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shahad Shahad. I shot my last episode on July 10. Everything happened overnight, and I was informed that things were not working out creatively and that a replacement had been finalised. I didn't have a choice in the matter and wrapped up my shoot.' The actress, known for her work in shows like Razia Sultan, Mehndi Wala Ghar, Ishq Mein Marjawan 2, and the web series Tanaav, revealed that this was her first experience of this kind. She shared, 'I have been part of many projects, but this was the first time something like this happened to me. I gave five months to the show but ended up shooting for only 25 days. I invested a significant amount of time that went unutilised, which has left me in a financially vulnerable position. It feels a bit unfair and extremely disappointing. But at the end of the day, it is the decision of the production house and the channel, and as an actor, one has to accept it.' Addressing rumours that she was replaced due to performance issues, she responded, 'If that were the case, they could have told me earlier. Performance is something that can be worked on.' She concluded, 'I will now have to start looking for a new project. All an artiste really wants is visibility and financial stability. I hope to find that in my next opportunity.'

Karan Veer Mehra is all set to join Bollywood. The actor will soon be seen in film, Silaa. Karan Veer Mehra often shares photos and videos of himself on social media, leaving fans impressed. On Wednesday too, the actor took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of close-up monochrome pictures, in which he was seen keeping a stern expression. However, what caught everyone's attention was the caption of Karan's post. In the caption, Karan Veer Mehra opened up about being quieter and wrote, 'Peace looks different when you've walked through fire. Still here. Still burning. Just quieter now !!!!" The film also stars Harshvardhan Rane in the lead. On July 1, Karan Veer Mehra shared pictures from the mahurat shot of Silaa, as the film went on floors. The first picture showed the actor posing with director Omung Kumar, known for films such as Mary Kom and Sarbjit. They were seen holding the clapperboard with 'Mahurat' written over it. Other pictures also featured Harshvardhan Rane, Sadia Khateeb and Ipsitaa.
