Sask. RCMP issue dangerous person alert for man last seen at Island Lake First Nation
Saskatchewan RCMP have issued a dangerous person alert for Michael Bouvier, who they say has a gun and was last seen on Island Lake First Nation on Thursday night. They say he may be with Jasmine Iron, who was earlier reported to be "potentially being held against her will" on the First Nation, which is about 290 kilometres northwest of Saskatoon. Bouvier, 24, is five-foot-seven and weighs 215 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, the alert said. He may be in a black Dodge Caravan, licence plate 580LXY, or a black Dodge Journey, licence plate 412NPF. Iron, 24, is five-foot-six and weighs 110 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a burgundy hoodie, jeans, and black and white shoes. She has a tattoo of a feather on her forearm with script. The alert, sent out at 10:25 a.m. CST Friday, advised people not to pick up hitchhikers or approach suspicious people. An earlier news release, at 4:30 a.m. CST, said the two may have been heading toward the Loon Lake area, but their whereabouts were unknown. The dangerous person alert advised residents to report any information they had by calling 911.

RCMP issue Dangerous Person Alert over man with gun in rural Saskatchewan
RCMP in Saskatchewan have issued a Dangerous Person Alert for the Loon Lake area in for a 24-year-old man who may be in the area and is reported to be armed. Police say Michael Bouvier was last seen on Ministikwan Cree Nation at 11 p.m. Thursday night. Earlier Friday, police released a statement which said officers were dispatched to a home on Ministikwan Cree Nation after receiving a report that a woman was being held against her will. Later, in the day, police said the pair could also be in a black Dodge Journey, with a plate number of 412 NPF. Story continues below advertisement The Mounties described Bouvier as being about five-feet-seven-inches tall, weighing 215 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. They describe Iron as being around five-feet-six-inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and hair. She is said to be wearing a burgundy-coloured hoodie and jeans, as well as black and white Converse sneakers. The village of Loon Lake is about a 90 minute drive north-east of Lloydminster.
