General Hospital Spoilers July 16: Two Men, Two Motives — Michael and Drew Pursue Their Agendas

In addition to Michael pondering a big decision, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, July 16, 2025, will also focus on Drew laying out his plan and Curtis stonewalling Stella. Next on General Hospital Michael and Drew's actions are intertwined. One can't execute a plot or plan without affecting the other. First, Michael (Rory Gibson) ponders a big decision. Is this decision about Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) leaving town with Daisy to get away from whoever's stalking them? He's so broken up about having to say goodbye to Daisy (for now), does he have another decision he's thinking about? Meanwhile, Drew (Cameron Mathison) lays out his plan, which is undoubtedly diabolical given the way he's acting these days. Is this plan about getting back at all of his enemies, who have been fighting him at every turn? Maybe it's about getting Amelia (Sequoia & Serenity Mork Macko) and Wiley (Viron Weaver) back for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and then making Michael pay for not compromising. Not that Drew was willing to compromise. His and Willow's compromise involved letting Michael have the kids every other weekend and two weeks during the summer or something like that. It also involved him and his new wife (since they're going to get married), potentially moving to DC. What kind of compromise is that? READ THIS: The latest GH Comings & Goings. Tough and Emotional Conversations Teasers suggest Jason (Steve Burton) has a tough conversation. Isn't that all he has been having as of late? He just had a tough chat with Lulu (Alexa Havins) about no longer talking to Rocco (Finn Carr) about his version of Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). He and Sonny (Maurice Benard) have been having tough interactions regarding this whole Sidwell (Carlo Rota) situation. Who is the person involved in his next tough conversation? Meanwhile, Trina (Tabyana Ali) has a heart-to-heart with Josslyn (Eden McCoy), most likely over her recent tough conversation with Kai (Jens Austin Astrup). Ms. Robinson has a lot to figure out, and maybe she wants Joss's advice on what to do. Kai betrayed her and her family, and she feels she can no longer trust the former football player. How does Joss advise Trina? READ THIS: GH Actors Who Deserved Daytime Emmy Recognition. Finally, tough conversation #3 features Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Stella (Vernee Watson). Normally, you wouldn't think Curtis and Stella's chat would be tough, but when Curtis stonewalls Stella, what is this all about? Is he unwilling to tell her the specifics of how he and Kai had a falling out? Stella likes Kai, but she loves Curtis, and she doesn't trust Drew. So, if Kai and Drew are the topic of this verbal exchange, then hopefully, Curtis will come clean and then stand back and let Stella unleash the exact right words he needs to hear. Weekly General Hospital Spoilers June 30-July 4: Kristina's In Danger, Christening Crash

General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 30-July 3, 2025 tease chaos at the christening. Friday, July 4 will air an encore episode. As Daisy's christening gets underway, no one will be expecting a betrayed Natalia (Eva LaRue) to crash it. But that may not be the only problem for the Corinthos family. Kristina (Kate Mansi) is in danger, and judging by the way Sonny (Maurice Benard) vows revenge by the end of the week, it must be Sidwell (Carlo Rota). While Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) pays Port Charles' latest crimelord a visit, while Anna (Finola Hughes) and Chase (Josh Swickard) rush to the scene of a crime. As for Michael (Rory Gibson), he'll open up to Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) on Tuesday, prompting old feelings to resurface. But by the end of the week, Michael will be left disturbed. Will this be because of something Sidwell does, or will he mistake Sasha's mom brain for another downward spiral? After all, someone may be trying to drive her crazy again. Meanwhile, on the Gio (Giovanni Mazza) front, he'll open up to Emma (Braedyn Bruner) mid-week, while Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) seeks out Jason (Steve Burton) again. The pair recently had a heart-to-heart about fatherhood where Dante apologized for accusing Jason of being a lousy dad. Now, the two are sharing a bond over raising Port Charles' next teen scene. As for Lucas (Van Hansis), he's got his hands full with his new boyfriend. He convinced Marco (Adrian Anchondo) not to turn his runaway mother into the police, and on Monday, Lucas will continue encouraging him. But mid-week, Lucas will voice his fears. WATCH THIS: Did you know Soap Hub has a podcast?! Check it out here! On Thursday, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will make a discovery. Maxie has found herself in the middle of Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Brook Lynn's (Amanda Setton) feud, and if she discovers Brook Lynn's attempt at revenge, she might just be able to talk her friend down. But it's too bad Rocco (Finn Carr) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) have already discovered Rocco's original birth certificate where he was named Ben and his mother was named Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). General Hospital spoilers: Sonny gains a shocking new ally?

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. With a repaired heart and new lease on life, General Hospital's Sonny (Maurice Benard) was hoping to finally get out of the underworld after decades of being the Don of Port Charles. Unfortunately for him, he can't quite move on like he wants to, as enemies are afoot in Port Charles. For starters, the new district attorney in town is determined to see Sonny thrown in prison. She has a clear disdain for him, and we're starting to think it's because she either just wants to make a name for herself in the legal community by taking down the Dimpled Kingpin or she wants to take Sonny down because she has a yet-to-be-revealed personal vendetta against him. If it's the latter point, she would hardly be the first person working for the law to have personal reasons to want to see Sonny behind bars. Heck, it wasn't that long ago when John Cates (Adam J. Harrington) was stomping around Port Charles with a huge Corinthos chip on his shoulder. However, the most pressing enemy for Sonny at the moment is Sidwell (Carlo Rota). The manipulative businessman has already tried killing Sonny in the penthouse explosion that ultimately led to Michael (Rory Gibson) being burned. Sidewall also hired someone to try and kill Sonny when he was recovering from heart surgery. And now that Sonny flat-out rejected Sidwell's offer to buy Sonny's piers, and the Corinthos patriarch told him to stay out of his way, we think Sonny is in even more danger. Additionally, judging by the following General Hospital preview for the week of June 23, Sidwell looks as if he's going to become more infatuated with Sonny's children. Take a peek at him creepily thumbing through photos of Sonny's family. With all that being said, Sonny could use another ally to help him out as he wages war on two fronts. Sure, he has Jason (Steve Burton) as his enforcer, Laura (Genie Francis) as his longtime friend/mayor and sometimes Anna (Finola Hughes), the police commissioner. However, he could use some more help. Enter Tracy (Jane Elliot). We know, Tracy loathes Sonny. She believes he's been a thorn in her family's side for decades. However, it wasn't that long ago when Laura cautioned Tracy about her absolute rejection of Sonny and wanting to vote to take his pier to build the esplanade project. Laura noted that Tracy shouldn't align herself with Sidwell on this issue, as Sidwell was likely a very dangerous man and too much of an unknown. Furthermore, Laura stressed that at least with Sonny, he would do what he could to help minimize violence and harm to Port Charles as he cared about the town and its people. Sooner or later, we just suspect Tracy will learn that Laura is right and Sidwell is definitely bad news for the town she loves so much. We can imagine Tracy realizing the grave danger her family is in with Sidwell around town and eventually approaching Jason after the police don't find evidence to help her. Then, Jason gets Tracy to meet with Sonny in some capacity, and the trio talks strategy and comes up with a plan. Now again, for naysayers of this idea, we understand the skepticism. Tracy's hatred for Sonny runs pretty deep. But with them now sharing more family members in common, Daisy and Gio (Giovanni Mazza), she may partner up with him if the ends justify these means. New episodes of General Hospital air on weekdays on ABC. If you miss an episode, you can catch up on Hulu.

General Hospital Recap: Brook Lynn Goes Upside Lulu's Head originally appeared on Daytime Confidential. On today's General Hospital recap: Drew says he has a solution and wants assurances from Michael. Jason says Drew tore Michael's family apart and then made Wylie believe he wasn't wanted. He says Drew is poison to the kids and there will be no compromise until Willow sees it for herself. Drew says Michael stole the kids, but he won't keep them and says that's the message he wants Jason to tell Michael. Drew needles Jason about taking care of Sonny's family to the detriment of his own. He wonders how proud Sam would be that Jason still isn't making his kids his priority. Jason reiterates Drew will never get Michael's children nor the chance to destroy them. Anna locks Dante and Chase in a holding cell to figure out their problems. Chase says his loyalty is with Brook Lynn and Dante accuses him of stabbing him in the back. Chase says Brook Lynn didn't want the child's life disrupted, and he respected her wishes. Dante understands teenage Brook Lynn feeling too ashamed to tell him but feels she should have told him now, as an adult. Chase says Brook Lynn wasn't ready to become a mother and would have been forced to become one. Dante says she chose right for her but not for him and his son. Dante says Gio isn't even speaking with him, but Chase blames him for how he treated Gio after Rocco's poisoning. Chase says Gio's feelings are Dante's fault. Dante counters Chase doesn't know what it's like to be a parent because he's not a father. Dante apologizes and Chase tells him to stop lashing out at everyone. The two agree to keep their professional lives separate from their personal problems. Brook Lynn and Lulu accuse each other of destroying lives. Lulu says Dante and Gio needed to know the truth. Brook Lynn says she ended up hurting Gio, but Lulu feels blameless. Lulu insists she was all about the truth while Brook Lynn continued to lie. Brook Lynn tearfully says Lulu will never understand how hard it was to give up her baby, to give him a better life. Lulu says Brook Lynn and Lois made Gio's entire life a lie which is why he wants nothing to do with her. Brook Lynn smacks Lulu in the face and says she'll pay for coming after Gio. Maxie tells Lulu she took it too far and Gio found out the truth in the worst way possible because of Lulu. Maxie says she hurt Gio, and needs to own it. Emma heads to the pool where Professor Dalton happens to be. Henry says he was impressed with Emma throughout the school session and is available to discuss things in his office. Alone with Gio, Emma still believes Dalton is experimenting on animals which is why she wanted the summer position so badly. Gio worries about how close Emma plans on getting and offers to help. He says he'll always have her back (Seriously, these two are the freakin' cutest cutes that ever cuted!) Josslyn updates Vaughn that she hasn't gotten the information off of Dalton's phone but reassures him that she will. When Dalton gets back to his office, Josslyn asks to see the lab, but he turns her down. After he leaves, she clones the phone he accidentally left behind. Dalton returns a few minutes later, looking for his phone. Josslyn gives Vaughn the hard drive with Dalton's cloned phone. Tracy summons Martin to tell Drew she'll give him the Quaretmaine name back as long as he retracts the statement about the Ketamine. She says she was framed but Martin says the deal doesn't work for them. Martin counters and tells her to hold a press conference where she accepts Drew back into the family. Martin says she either does it or goes to jail. Drew tells Martin he won't leave Willow saying he's going to stay by her side and go to war. He says he's going to get the kids back using every weapon to do it. Jack tells Anna the WSB filed a report on the hitman who tried to kill Sonny. He says 'she' was a contract killer on the bureau's radar for years but is now dead. Jack says two different contract killers with ties to intelligence have tried to take out Sonny. Jack says whoever wants to take Sonny down will continue to try and Anna realizes it's about protecting Carly. Anna asks about Dalton and Jack claims he's clean. Knowing Jack is a lying liar whose pants are on fire, Anna has Dalton's car booted so he has to come into the station. Jason updates Carly on his conversation with Drew. Carly says she feels badly for Willow but puts the blame on Drew. She says the kids are not emotionally safe with him, after what he let Wylie overhear. Jason says Drew will not give up trying to get the kids back to Willow. Carly says Drew is never getting near her grandchildren and will do anything to stop him, which Gio overhears. Lulu finds Gio and offers an apology Brook Lynn meets with Marco, who started working on her case, but asks what she wants with a dead woman. She says this woman played an important role in Lulu's life and needs all documents concerning it. Brook Lynn says the key to proving Lulu isn't all that is Britt.
