Harvey's Garden hosts Father's Day fun
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Harvey's Garden is hosting two Father's Day events Sunday, June 15, for babies and dads alike!
The 'Junque Fest' will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1200 E Water St. and feature a curated vintage market with some of Central New York's favorite vintage dealers.
Hermit's food truck will be serving up food, while Happy Danielle and Joe Ciccone perform live music.
At 4 p.m., all dads who claim they have the best baby will put their little ones to the test in the first ever 'Harvey's Garden Baby Race.' The 'crawl-off' will have babies competing head-to-head to determine the speediest crawler, as dads and fans cheer on the sidelines.
Prizes will include a Harvey's gift card for the winning team and medals for the top finishers.
'This is the kind of fun, family-forward event Harvey's was made for,' said owner Michael Greene. 'We've got great music, great food, and a chance to watch babies race — what more could you ask for on Father's Day?'
