Nineties boyband star unrecognizable as he's spotted in LA – can you guess who he is?
A NINETIES boyband star was spotted in LA looking unrecognizable from his hey day. The singer, 48, cut a casual figure as he stepped out with long hair and a beard - but can you guess who it is? 5 5 5 Did you recognize it was JC Chasez from the legendary boyband NSYNC? The HUGE group were known for songs like Bye Bye Bye and Tearin' up my heart. Stepping out in LA, JC, now 48, looked totally different to when he first shot to fame as part of NSYNC in the 90s. The singer, whose real name is Joshua Scott Chasez, was seen picking up food near the Los Feliz neighborhood. JC was dressed causally in a pair of khaki pants and a short-sleeved white shirt. He completed his look with a baseball cap, shades and comfy slip-on shoes. JC looked a far cry from his boyband days where his hair was short and spikey, and he was clean shaven. Instead, his hair is now much longer and he has a beard that was speckled with grey. Justin Timberlake and NSYNC are 'in active talks' to perform a 'comeback show' that will air on streaming network FINDING FAME Before being part of one the most iconic boybands ever, JC starred on The All New Mickey Mouse Club. NYSNC - which consists of Chris Kirkpatrick, Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, and JC - formed in 1995, but split in 2002. Justin Timberlake and NSYNC are 'in active talks' to perform a 'comeback show' that will air on streaming network Ten years later they briefly reunited at the 2013 MTV VMAs. The band then thrilled fans when they reunited for the single Better Place for Trolls Band Together. Some of their best songs include I Want You Back, and It's Gonna Be Me. REUNION TALK Asked in 2021 about the prospect of an NSYNC reunion, while promoting his movie Palmer, Justin said: 'I don't have a crystal ball for what will happen with the music industry in the months, or years, to come. 'That's something that weighs on my mind in a heavy way. 'We will have to see what happens in terms of live music and I appreciate the question, but my focus right now is on Palmer.'

Ryan Gosling will lead new ‘Star Wars: Starfighter' movie
Ryan Gosling is headed to another alternate universe with his next big role. The Oscar-nominated 'Barbie' star has been tapped to star in the lead role of 'Star Wars: Starfighter,' expected to hit theaters in 2027. The major casting news was announced by director Shawn Levy on Friday at 'Star Wars Celebration 2025,' a three-day fan weekend event at the Makuhari Messe convention center outside Tokyo. 'One of those rumors I heard that I do need to dispel, is, I had heard at one point that my movie was going to star Ryan Gosling and believe me, that would be a dream come true for me. So today, I just wanted to tell you here in this room that that rumor is 100% true,' the filmmaker said on stage ahead of Gosling's surprise appearance as legions of fans cheered. Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy shared a photo of the former 'Mickey Mouse Club' star's childhood bedsheets, which coincidentally were Star Wars-themed. 'This is a picture that my mom sent [of] my bedsheets when I was 5. Yes, she still has them, obviously,' Gosling explained. 'Naturally, she thought that it might be something that the fans would appreciate but I suspect that she just sort of wants to justify years of hoarding.' The 44-year-old said he is excited to join the all-new 'Starfighter' project. 'As you can see from the picture, you know, I guess I was probably dreaming about Star Wars before I even saw the film, and it's probably framed my idea of what a movie even was,' he continued. 'But all of that aside, I think the reality is that this script is just so good. It has such a great story with great and original characters. It's filled with so much heart and adventure. And there just really is not a more perfect filmmaker for this particular story than Shawn [Levy]. So it's something I just really, really wanted to do.' The film is scheduled to begin production this fall. According to the studio, 'Star Wars: Starfighter' takes place five years after the events of 'Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker,' which was released in 2019.

Seth Rogen Jab That Trump ‘Single-Handedly Destroyed' American Science Is Cut From Zuckerberg, Milner-Backed Science Prize Livestream
Seth Rogen will probably not be invited back to present at next year's Breakthrough Prize ceremony thanks to an off-the-cuff jab at President Donald Trump that also embarrassed its tech world co-founders Mark Zuckerberg, Yuri Milner and Sergey Brin. The organization later cut the riff, which bashed the president for 'single-handedly' destroying American science, from its 'Oscars of Science' streaming telecast. Presented alongside an apparently uncomfortable Edward Norton, Rogen pointed out the irony that the annual ceremony would have also toasted such previous attendees as Elon Musk and other tech billionaire Trump supporters. The room, which included the event's co-founders in attendance, responded with muted laughter. 'It's amazing that others in this room underwrote electing a man who, in the last week, single-handedly destroyed all of American science,' Rogen said following Norton's remarks, which praised the present tech titans. 'It's amazing how much good science you can destroy with $320 million and RFK Jr, very fast.' Watch the full ceremony below. Rogen is shown during host James Corden's opening monologue swigging a martini from the crowd. He appears onstage with Norton around the 75-minute mark. Representatives for Rogen and the Breakthrough Prize did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment. Rogen is no stranger to having his ad-libs edited out of award shows. Back in January 2025, he presented the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or a Motion Picture Made for Television alongside Catherine O'Hara. The two were joking about unauthorized (and clearly fake) biopics about famous Canadians and Rogen quipped about starring in Gosling – a story on Ryan Gosling's life. 'Yes, it was unauthorized and the Mickey Mouse Club handjob scene was controversial, but we felt very important to depict,' Rogen said. Britney Spears Shares Sizzling Video Clips From Home
Pop star Britney Spears is known for posting random videos on her Instagram page, and this weekend was no exception. On Saturday, March 8, Spears posted a video of herself wearing a strapless, satin red dress while posing in front of a burning fireplace from what appeared to be her home. In the video, viewers can hear the Janet Jackson song "That's the Way Love Goes" playing in the background. Also on Saturday, Spears shared a blush-worthy video of her dancing to her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake's 2003 chart-topper "Señorita." This time around, she was wearing a body suit and dancing up to the camera's lens. Spears and Timberlake famously dated from 1999 to 2002. They first got to know each other on the set of the Mickey Mouse Club when they were just pre-teens. Then, they reunited in the late 1990s when they were both rising to pop stardom. In her 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me, Spears stated that Timberlake was actually her first kiss. She said that they first kissed at a Mickey Mouse Club cast party when she was only 11. Timberlake has supported Spears in the past. In 2021, after a court hearing to end her longtime conservatorship, he took to X to stand up for his former girlfriend. "After what we saw today, we should all be supporting Britney at this time," he wrote. "Regardless of our past, good and bad, and no matter how long ago it was… what's happening to her is just not right.' He added that he and his wife Jessica Biel, "send our love, and our absolute support to Britney during this time. We hope the courts, and her family make this right and let her live however she wants to live."
