All the Lidl bargains hitting the middle aisle TODAY including bargain Squishmallows and Disney toys

LIDL has revealed a huge selection of new middle aisle homeware bargains that are set to launch in store next week. Among the items on offer are Squishmallow and Disney toys as well as airplane model kits. All the products are part of the bargain store's "Middle of Lidl" offers, which land in stores every Thursday and Sunday. Simba Lion King Soft Toy The Soft and cuddly character from the hit Disney animation is perfect for punters with young children. And you won't have to break the bank to get your hands on him. For just £9.99, you can give the cute cub a new home. But if Simba's not your preferred character, the retailer is offering up Pumbaa and Timon for the same price. Squishmallows Pizza Toy The colourful cartoon character is also scanning for an absolute steal. The quirky find would set back shoppers a paltry £5.99 and is not the only toy in the collection. Middle aisle lovers may instead wish to opt for the cactus, cow, capybara, snake or bat. The choice is yours, and the selection is seemingly never-ending. Airfix ME109 Quickbuild Model Kit The kit offers an exciting range of simple, snap together models for aircraft and history buffs. Lidl Launches £7.99 Extension Lead to Rival Screwfix's £39.99 Gadget The pre-coloured pieces simply push together, without glue or paints, to build an impressive model which can then be decorated with the included self-adhesive stickers. And it's a steal - just £8.99 for the set. Customers can save by downloading the Lidl Plus app. It is free to use and can also unlock other offers including £50 off a Park Dean holiday. Lidl said the up to £50 discount applies to all Lidl Plus customers, so if you've got the loyalty app on your phone, you should give it a check. Click on the "More" tab, then "Partner Offers" and scroll down to find the deal. Once you've redeemed the offer you'll be given a code that needs to be inputted into the Parkdean website. How can I save money when shopping at Lidl? Lidl reduces items at the start of the day and the best deals can be found between 7am to 8am, when most stores open. Shoppers can often find cooked meats, salmon fillets and breads reduced by 30% or more. Not only does Lidl have its own range of reasonably priced alcohol, it also has its own knock-offs of branded favourites – so say cheers to its bargain booze. Everyone knows about the "Middle of Lidl" – it's here where you'll find a load of random stuff that you didn't realise you needed, at decent prices. But if you are hoping to avoid spending more than you planned, you can check what will be in the "Middle of Lidl" on the supermarket's website in advance.

Lidl is selling a £6 foldable backpack that's perfect for Ryanair flights this summer

LIDL is launching a £6 foldable backpack in stores that's ideal for Ryanair flights this summer. Shoppers can snap up the travel essential from Thursday (June 5) in their local Lidl store. The 20litre capacity bag comes with a three-year warranty and unfolded measures H42.5 × W28 × D17cm. When not in use, it folds into its own pocket so you can pack it away into your hold luggage with no fuss - ideal for flights. You also won't be able to order it online and will have to head down to your nearest Lidl store. You can find your nearest branch by using the retailer's store finder tool - The tool brings up your closest branch and also it's opening hours. Always remember to shop around when buying something like this though as you might find the same product or similar for less elsewhere. Websites like Trolley, Price Spy and Price Runner all let you compare prices on thousands of items. You can also use the Google Shopping/Product tab to quickly scan the internet and see how much retailers are selling products for.
