'Nandipha Magudumana' spotted in another country in viral video
A South African beauty queen visiting New York has been mistaken for criminally accused celebrity aesthetics doctor, Nandipha Magudumana. In a viral video, Mbali Dlamini – a former Miss SA finalist and reigning Miss Charm 2024 – has been compared to the former businesswoman. Ironically, Nandipha – who is being held in custody at a Kroonstad correctional centre – is accused of helping her co-accused Thabo Bester escape prison in 2022. The alleged couple are currently facing charges of orchestrating his 2022 prison escape, defrauding the public, and violating multiple bodies. In a viral TikTok video, model and beauty pageant queen Mbali Dlamini posted a vlog about visiting New York. The content creator vlogged parts of her trip, where she appeared walking in the streets of the popular city. Social media users were shocked at her unhappy resemblance to Nandipha Magudumana, the aesthetics doctor. With her slim frame, sophisticated sense of style, and high cheekbones, the beauty queen is surely a doppelganger to the Last year, the Strategic Brand Communication graduate and model from Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal won the title of Miss Charm 2024. In 2019 – the year Zozibini took the crown – she was even named a Miss SA finalist. Meanwhile, Nandipha Magudumana, Thabo Bester, and their co-accused are facing charges of orchestrating his 2022 prison escape, defrauding the public, and violating multiple bodies. Earlier this month, they appeared at the Free State High Court for a pre-trial hearing, which has been postponed to 19 September. Miss Charm South Africa: A new chapter in national beauty pageantry

SA is set to host its first ever Miss Charm national beauty pageant, giving the public as well as beauty pageant enthusiasts a chance to see the beauty queens process throughout the competition. For those who do not know, Miss Charm is a pageant that aims to search for remarkable women from nations worldwide, celebrating their beauty, cultural heritage, and academic achievements, according to the official Miss Charm website. The Miss Charm pageant took to social media to share a statement and reveal the exciting news. 'We are proud to announce a historic milestone in South African pageantry - South Africa will host its first-ever national show for Miss Charm South Africa,' the pageant wrote. In the statement, they also revealed that this marks a new era of celebrating grace, intelligence and cultural pride because this beauty pageant will be a platform to not only showcase diverse beauty but also highlight the talent and charisma of SA women. They further added: 'The inaugural national show promises to be an unforgettable spectacle, uniting pageant fans, industry professionals and aspiring queens across the country.' Even though the pageant has never held any national competitions, they have chosen beauty queens in the past to represent our country at an international stage. The crown for Miss Charm 2024 went to Slindokuhle Mbali Dlamini, a Strategic Brand Communication graduate and model from Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal. Dlamini has a long history in the world of pageants. She was a finalist in the Miss SA 2019 competition.
