Texas A&M Aggies Add Another 3-Star Recruit With Kaeden Johnson Commit To Amplify Quarterback Competition on Marcel Reed

Texas A&M Aggies Add Another 3-Star Recruit With Kaeden Johnson Commit To Amplify Quarterback Competition on Marcel Reed originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko has been putting pressure on starting quarterback Marcel Reed. Not only is sophomore Myles O'Neill adding to the competition but the class of 2026 recruits will soon test Reed for his starting spot. Advertisement After seeking out a 3-star quarterback recruit out of Missouri City, Tex. alongside six other schools, the Aggies landed their 15th commit. Texas A&M Aggies head coach Mike Lysaker/Imagn Images Kaeden Johnson is a 3-star quarterback from Fort Bend Marshall High School who's ranked No. 989 overall, No. 59 overall in his position, and No. 150 out of Texas. Out of the seven schools he received offers from - UTSA, UTEP, Tuskegee, FIU, Colorado, Washington State, and Texas A&M - he only had official visits with the Aggies and Cougars. He visited Washington State on May 29 and had his last official visit with the Aggies on June 12. He also had an unofficial visit, according to 247Sports, when attending the Maroon and White spring game. Since then, the Aggies have highly sought out the 3-star recruit, even creating potential roles for him after his senior year of high school. Though recruited as a quarterback, Johnson could also see some time in the tight end position given the competition that will happen for the under center starter. He joins another quarterback, 4-star Helaman Casuga, from the class of 2026 committed recruits. With the fate of wide receiver Madden Williams and edge Samu Moala as future Aggies being uncertain as they consider flipping their decisions, Elko's recruitment class will need as much help as it can get to stay at the top of recruitment composite rankings. Texas A&M is currently sitting at No. 6 overall with No. 1 USC vying for Williams and Moala. This story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Jun 15, 2025, where it first appeared.

Texas A&M lands rising 2026 3-star Athlete out of Missouri City (TX)

Texas A&M coach Mike Elko and his staff are currently hosting 15 2026 prospects this weekend, including a three-star athlete who has been a star quarterback for Fort Bend Marshall HS in Missouri City, Texas, as Kaeden Johnson announced his commitment to the Aggies on Saturday night. Previously predicted to land with the Colorado Buffaloes, Johnson will not play quarterback at the next level despite his production, especially his 6'6" frame and athleticism, as the Aggies see him as a tight end due to his size, speed, and route-running knowledge. Advertisement This has been a successful transition for several former quarterbacks, including Vanderbilt star TE Eli Stowers, who, as Aggie fans remember, was once a backup QB for Texas A&M. Johnson's ahtletic traits make him a future starter with plenty of potential, and could also be helpful as an emergency quarterback given his background. During his 2024 junior season, Johnson passed for 2,109 yards and 25 touchdowns, completing 60% of his passes, while also rushing for 571 yards and six touchdowns. Again, this young man can sling it, but Texas A&M tight end coach Christian Ellsworth deserves credit for striking while the iron is hot, knowing that Johnson has been sky rocking locally before his OV. NAC Foundation Urges President Donald Trump to Release the AML BITCOIN CLASSIFIED Files

MISSOURI CITY, TX / ACCESS Newswire / May 27, 2025 / NAC's founder, Marcus Andrade, requests that President Trump investigate if the withholding of the evidence within the AML BITCOIN classified files was really related to national security reasons and/or if it was nothing more than an attempt to suppress exculpatory and impeachment evidence. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) should address internal misconduct, ensure transparency, and promote accountability within federal law enforcement agencies. In a statement today, the NAC Foundation emphasized the need for both 'tough love' and financial support for government employees who uphold the Constitution and obey the law. The Foundation urged Attorney General Bondi and FBI Director Patel to request financial resources from President Trump, specifically suggesting the repurposing of billions in savings attributed to the Department of Government Efficiency, to provide pay raises for DOJ and FBI personnel. 'Federal agents face immense challenges, and financial hardship can make them vulnerable to coercion or corruption,' said Andrade, CEO of the NAC Foundation. 'To safeguard the integrity of our justice system, we must ensure these employees are not only held to high ethical standards but are also supported adequately.' Tragically, this vulnerability was allegedly exploited in the case of FBI Agents Nathan 'Ethan' Quinn and Roahn Wynar. According to recordings cited by the Foundation, one of the agents, while in the presence of the other, was caught soliciting employment from the very subject of their investigation. FBI Agents Wynar and Quinn, who were also members of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation along with Agents Timothy Thibault, Brenden Zartmen, and Michelle Ball, have all been accused of misconduct while working for the FBI. Legal documents allege a pattern of unethical and potentially illegal behavior by some of these agents, including destruction of evidence, fabrication or omission of witness reports, and significant delays in filing critical investigative memos. 'These allegations are deeply concerning and may have compromised numerous investigations,' Andrade said. 'We believe many victims have been deprived of justice, and we're asking them to step forward and share their stories.' The Foundation is also calling for a full and independent investigation by the DOJ and FBI into the conduct of the agents involved, particularly regarding the AML Bitcoin investigation and all cross referenced case files. 'Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel must lead with integrity and make it clear that corruption will not be tolerated within our institutions,' Andrade continued. 'Their leadership can serve as a powerful deterrent and safeguard the constitutional rights of all Americans. Additionally, at a minimum, we respectfully urge President Trump to review the classified files related to the AML Bitcoin case.' The NAC Foundation has launched a petition to also request transparency and accountability from federal agencies and invites public support for its efforts. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the NAC Foundation or the DOJ Office of the Inspector General.
