Power outage disrupts TV coverage of 2025 Zurich Classic in New Orleans
Trying to watch the final round of the 2025 Zurich Classic of New Orleans? Good luck. A power outage at TPC Louisiana affected TV coverage during the final round of the PGA Tour's only team event. Golf Channel went off air and pivoted to coverage of the Mitsubishi Electric Classic about 2:30 p.m. ET when the issue started in Louisiana. Then, when coverage shifted to CBS at 3 p.m. ET, the issue had not been resolved, and CBS chose to show footage from the final round last year. There is no timetable for when the Zurich Classic will be back on TV. The final-round broadcast of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans is experiencing technical difficulties. The issue is currently being addressed. — PGA TOUR Communications (@PGATOURComms) April 27, 2025 This article originally appeared on Golfweek: Power outage disrupts TV coverage of Zurich Classic in New Orleans
