Modifit Leg offers support for people with bowleggedness
In Japan, bowleggedness or O-legs (O-kyaku) affects a significant portion of the population. It's been said that cultural habits like sitting in a seiza position or wearing flat footwear can contribute to this condition. In severe cases, bowleggedness can cause discomfort in the hips, knees and lower back.
Additionally, it can affect overall balance, walking posture and long-term joint health, especially as the knees take on more stress and load.
While the only permanent way to fix bowleggedness is through surgery, the Modifit Leg by Mytrex offers everyday support for people with bowleggedness. Launching on July 10, this product was designed based on therapy machines used in chiropractic and body alignment clinics.

It's simple yet powerful. By standing on the device and repeatedly opening and closing the legs at a specific angle, users can target and strengthen the deep hip rotator muscles, which are known to play a key role in correcting bowlegged posture. It supports muscle activation in the glutes and thighs while promoting a stable, well-aligned foot arch. It's compact and uses soft, washable materials so that you can use it every day.
Available online for ¥12,980.
