Tripoli hosts Arab meeting supporting Libyan planning and development initiative
The Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute convened in Tripoli, where it voiced support for a Libyan initiative to launch the Annual International Forum on Planning and Development.
The forum, to be organized by the Libyan Institute for Planning under the patronage of the Ministry of Planning, is set to begin in 2026 and will be held in Libya for the first time.
The meeting took place at the Mahary Hotel in response to an invitation from Mohamed Al-Zidani, Minister of Planning in the Government of National Unity.
The event was part of Libya's hosting of this year's session of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Planning Institute, as announced by the Ministry on its official Facebook page.
