PM congratulates high school graduates on their success
Doha Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani congratulated male and female high school graduates on their well-deserved success. On his official account on the X platform, the PM said, "I congratulate our male and female students, graduates of high school, on this well-deserved success. Your achievement today is the beginning of a greater journey in service to the nation, as you are the pillars of tomorrow on which we rely to build the future.' 'I also extend my thanks to our dedicated male and female teachers for their tireless efforts and contributions, as through you, Qatar continues to progress with steadfastness and ambition,' the PM added. The Minister of Education approved the results of the first round of the General Secondary Certificate examinations for the 2024-2025 academic year during an official session held at the ministry's headquarters, attended by its leaders and senior officials.

Qatar moving ahead with preparations to host MWC25 Doha
Under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), continues its preparations to host the inaugural edition of MWC Doha on Nov. 25-26, 2025, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). The event is organised by the GSMA, the global organisation unifying the mobile ecosystem, in partnership with MCIT. This marks the first time the globally renowned MWC series will be held in the Middle East and North Africa region, positioning Doha as a strategic hub for global dialogue on digital transformation. MWC25 Doha is expected to attract international participants from around 60 countries, including 40 percent Director level as well as senior executives, technology leaders, investors, policymakers, and innovators. PM, Austria chancellor discuss bilateral ties, Gaza developments
QNADoha Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a phone call on Wednesday from Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria HE Christian Stocker. During the call, they discussed cooperation relations and ways to support and strengthen them, in addition to the latest developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as a number of issues of common interest. The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the State of Qatar's continued efforts, in cooperation with regional and international partners, to de-escalate tensions and promote stability and peace in the region. The PM emphasised the importance of international solidarity to pressure all parties for the success of the State of Qatar's joint mediation efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire in Gaza, securing the release of hostages and detainees, and ensuring the entry of humanitarian aid to address the dire situation in the Strip.
