's much-awaited action entertainer 'Coolie', the excitement has hit a new high. On July 9, the makers announced the film's second single titled "Monica", featuring
in a fiery, retro-inspired avatar. The track which is composed and sung by
is slated for release on July 11 at 6 PM.

The announcement teaser showcased Pooja Hegde in a vibrant red outfit, flaunting old-school dance moves reminiscent of golden-era cabaret. Adding more sparkle to the visuals, Soubin Shahir is also seen grooving alongside her.
Rajinikanth's 'Coolie' packs style, stars, and surprises
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, 'Coolie' is surely one of 2025's most ambitious Tamil films. Rajinikanth reportedly playing a character with grey shades. The film features actors Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra Rao, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and more.

Pooja Hegde's performance as 'Monica' is expected to be a major highlight in the film's soundtrack lineup, coming after the energetic first single "Chikitu", which featured vocals by T Rajhendherr, Anirudh, and Arivu.

Aamir Khan joins the ride with a surprise cameo
Adding to the intrigue, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan will make a cameo appearance near the film's climax, reportedly.
'Coolie' will hit theatres worldwide on August 14, 2025, promising a heady mix of action, drama, music, and star power.
On the other hand, Lokesh Kanagaraj's previous outing was the actioner 'Leo' starring Vijay in the lead. Although the movie had received mixed reviews from the audiences, especially for it's second half, 'Leo' turned out to be a blockbuster.
