YouTuber who dressed as priest in videos arrested over abusive content in UP
YouTuber Mohammed Aamir has been arrested for allegedly uploading abusive and misleading videos to his YouTube channel, which has over 5.83 million subscribers. The action was taken following a detailed investigation by the police and administration's social media monitoring team, which found that the content on Aamir's channel was filled with profanity, obscene language, and false arrest followed a complaint by a user named Aman Thakur, who raised the issue on social media platform X. In his post, Thakur tagged Moradabad Police and Uttar Pradesh Police, sharing a video that highlighted Aamir's objectionable content and called for immediate runs the channel Top Real Team, where he and his team post videos that have drawn widespread criticism for promoting disharmony and spreading vulgarity. According to the police, the channel's popularity has grown due to the frequent use of abusive and obscene language in its content. The police's social media team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the channel, concluding that Aamir was engaged in spreading malicious propaganda that could disrupt social harmony and law and order. The videos were described as factually incorrect, provocative, and City Ranvijay Singh confirmed the arrest and stated, "The YouTuber named Aamir was uploading videos filled with abusive language and malicious propaganda. A case has been filed against him. Our social media team has thoroughly analysed the content, and action will be taken against everyone involved."- Ends

Moradabad Police bust illegal arms manufacturing racket, 9 held
In a major crackdown on illegal arms trade, Moradabad Police on Friday arrested nine individuals accused of manufacturing and distributing country-made firearms. A significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and tools used to produce arms, including, 5 country-made pistols, 2 partially assembled pistols, 54 live cartridges, 1,200 cartridge primers, 2 kilograms of gunpowder, one live bomb, multiple tools and equipment used for weapon manufacturing were recovered from their possession. A joint team of local police, surveillance cell and special operation group, had been tracking the gang's activities for some time. Acting on an intelligence, the team raided multiple locations, and arrested the key gang members. Superintendent of police (SP) City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said, 'The racket was running at one of the accused Zakir's house, where he, along with Idrees and Rizwan, was engaged in assembling country-made pistols. Another member, Javed, used to make cartridges at his own residence. The finished weapons and ammunition were then distributed across Moradabad and other parts of the region by four other members of the gang —Ankit, Arun, Anshuman, and Tushar.' Kumar said that each pistol was being sold for approximately ₹5,000. The gang had established a well-organized supply chain spanning across various districts in the region. The arrested accused have been booked under the sections of the Arms Act and Explosive Substances Act.
