Nepo baby is following in his pop star dad's footsteps with new band – but can you guess his A-list parents?
A nepo baby is following in the footsteps of his famous pop star dad by becoming a part of a new three-piece band called Dancer. The trio are currently on a 14-night tour in the US called Meet me in the car and have taken to Instagram to share a behind the scenes look at them rehearsing. 4 4 4 In one clip, the nepo kid, 19, and his bandmates can be seen sitting in the back of a truck as he sings his heart out while they play the guitar and the drums. He is proving that music in his genes as his dad is the lead singer of one of the world's biggest rock bands with 160 million records sold across the globe. Meanwhile, his mum is a huge Hollywood actress and has won an Academy Award, a Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy. His parents tied the knot back in 2003 but after thirteen years of marriage, they decided to call it quits and got divorced in 2016. That's right, it's Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow and it looks like their son Moses Martin is a chip off the old block as he's aiming for stardom like his famous folks. Chris, 48, formed Coldplay with Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion when he was at University College London. The band, who recently issued a kiss cam warning, signed with record label Parlophone in 1999 and found global fame with their album Parachutes. The foursome are the most successful group of the 21 st century and have won several accolades over their career so far. They've won seven Grammy Awards and nine Brit Awards and American Songwriter have ranked Chris as one of the best male singers of this century. On the other hand, Gwyneth, 52, started out her career in 1989 and has acted in several huge films including Emma, Great Expectations, Shallow Hal and the Iron Man series. Coldplay kiss cam company Astronomer hires Chris Martin's ex Gwyneth Paltrow for tongue-in-cheek video As well as her acting career, Gwyneth, who recently put on a cheeky display, is also a businesswoman after founding her company Goop which she is also the CEO of. Chris and Gwyneth met for the first time in October 2002 backstage of a gig, just weeks after the death of her father, Bruce Paltrow. The pair got married in December 2003 at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse and went on to welcome two children together, daughter Apple, 21 and Moses, who was born in 2006. In March 2014, she announced that she and Chris had separated after ten years of marriage, describing the process as "conscious uncoupling". She filed for divorce in April 2015 and it was finally finalised on July 14, 2016. Moses turned 19 in April and his mum took the opportunity to commemorate her son with a heartfelt post on Instagram. She told her nine million followers: 'Honestly, you are a dream come true. You are deeply kind and brilliant. You have an incredible intellect and you are so gifted, so talented. 'I listen to your music on repeat and miss you so much at college. And today more than ever. I love you my boy. Mama.' 4

Apple Martin goes against mom's diet rules as she steps out in the Hamptons
Gwyneth Paltrow 's daughter Apple Martin was spotted carrying a surpising package while out and about in East Hampton over the weekend. While her famous mom is known for steering clear of processed foods, dairy, sugar and salt, the 21-year-old student took a more laid-back approach to wellness carrying a takeout. She was spotted picking up a meal from an Italian restaurant which included two pizzas topped with zucchini and rosemary. After years of following an ultra-strict Paleo diet, Gwynnie, 52, revealed in April that she was 'a little bit sick of it' of the caveman diet and 'eating very very healthily.' On an episode of her podcast, she admitted she had started to eat 'a little pasta' and other indulgences including sourdough bread and cheese. Back in 2022, Gwynnie said her daughter and son, Moses, now 19, had their own relationships with health and wellness. 'He's 16 and he will barely let me give him a vitamin... so it's also like, knowing when to relent and give him his space. She continued: 'I try not to force anything on them. They were raised in an environment where wellness is important and they will adopt what they choose to, or not. They have free will.' The actress also acknowledged that she can't expect her kids to eat clean all the time. 'My philosophy is in the house I try to have healthier things around. But they have free will and when they're out of the house, I'm sure they go for the Oreos and the McNuggets. More power to them.' When they were younger, she tried to get her children to stick to a low-carb, gluten-free diet. 'I tried to start them off with all of the right foods, but as they got older, the lure of Oreos and cotton candy outweighed the lure of carrots with hummus. And that's all a part of childhood and I love Oreos too, so I completely understand,' she wrote in a 2013 Goop newsletter. Gwynnie noted that she always tried to 'make sure that what is on their plate at home is nutritious and tasty' and loosened the reigns when eating out. 'They love a brown rice stir-fry, but they also love their "Coke of the week."' My daughter gravitates toward fresh fruit and raw nuts but will inhale a bag of hot Cheetos at the airport. It's all about balance,' the Iron Man admitted. She also told her readers that she included her 'kids in the kitchen from almost the time they were born.' 'They were always strapped to my back when I was cooking or nearby in a highchair watching and banging spoons. From very early on, I encouraged them to participate and let them do "dangerous" tasks such as cracking an egg or stirring something carefully over heat, and they always felt proud. 'Later we started doing math with measuring cups and ounces.' In April, Apple confirmed to Interview that she loves to cook. 'Oh my god, this is my favorite part about living alone in an apartment, is that I get to cook all the time. I make phenomenal garlic bread. Out of this world. 'I also love making caesar salad, but from scratch - dressing and croutons.'

Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter Apple Martin, 21, goes against mom's strict rules as she steps out in the Hamptons
Gwyneth Paltrow 's daughter, Apple Martin, showed she's the rebel of the family while out and about in East Hampton over the weekend. While her famous mom is known for steering clear of processed foods, dairy, sugar and salt, the 21-year-old Vanderbilt student—majoring in Law, History, and Society—seems to take a more laid-back approach to wellness. On Sunday, she was spotted picking up takeout from an Italian restaurant, which included two pizzas topped with zucchini and rosemary. The meal appeared to have just enough greens to keep things Goop-adjacent, in case her mother was joining for dinner. After years of following an ultra-strict Paleo diet, Paltrow, 52, revealed in April that she was 'a little bit sick of it' of the caveman diet and 'eating very very healthily.' On an episode of her podcast, the Oscar winner admitted she begun eating 'a little pasta' and other indulgences like sourdough bread and cheese. Before that, in January, the pair held hands in India, where Martin was touring with his band. In March 2024, sources told PEOPLE that Johnson and Martin had actually been engaged for 'years' after first sparking engagement rumors in 2020, though they were "in no rush to get married" at the time. Johnson previously opened up about being in the lives of Martin's two kids. "I love those kids like my life depends on it," Johnson told Bustle. "With all my heart." This past March, Paltrow spoke to Vanity Fair for their April cover story and was asked about how her two kids have adjusted to being in college. "College is a great equalizer," Paltrow began. "Look, they're the children of two super-famous people, and so they understand what comes with that. They've grown up in it." "You would be surprised at how lovely and unassuming and down-to-earth they are," added the proud mom. Read the original article on People
