Whether you're well-versed in the world of two-step or just looking for a fun way to unwind mid-week, Nashville offers no shortage of opportunities to hit the dance floor — and we're not just talking line dancing. While this is by no means a comprehensive list of great local hangs with dance floors, these favorites offer a variety of styles, from Latin and swing dancing to honky tonk nights.
The best part? You don't need to be a pro, as many of these spots offer instruction, too!
L&L Market Dance Nights

More Info: Facebook
While not a weekly option, L&L Market in Sylvan Heights stays open late one night almost every month to host an energetic night of dancing and fun. The theme often changes, so you can get your fix of everything from salsa to swing dancing. The evening includes both lessons and open dancing. To stay up-to-date on when the next event takes place, keep an eye on L&L Market's social media accounts.
Nashville Palace
Neighborhood: Music Valley

Jump Sessions with Swing Dance Nashville
Neighborhood: Elm Hill
