Dividend Alert: IT Company Announces Rs 57 Cash Reward For FY25, Check Details
Last Updated: BSE 200 IT company recommended a Rs 57 per equity dividend for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the July 24 AGM. The dividend will be paid by August 24. Mphasis Dividend 2025: Mphasis' board on Friday recommended a dividend of Rs 57 per equity for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM to those whose names appear in the company's registrar and Share Transfer Agent on the record date. AGM is scheduled to be held on July 24, which means the dividend will be credited to shareholders on or before 24 August. Mphasis also declared the audited standalone financial results of Mphasis Limited for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025. 'Recommendation of dividend of ₹57/- per equity share of ₹10/- each for the year ended 31 March 2025, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting, to those shareholders, whose bank account details are registered with the respective Depository participant(s) or with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company," the company said in the filing. It would result in a cash outflow of approximately Rs 1083.55 crore. Mphasis' revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,710 crore in the last quarter of FY25, reflecting a 8.73 per cent growth YoY from Rs 3,412 crore in Q4FY24. Similarly, the company's PAT saw a remarkable jump of 13.55 per cent YoY to Rs 446.49 crore in Q4FY25, against Rs 393.22 crore in Q4FY24. EPS (Earnings Per Share) also improved by 12.91 per cent YoY to Rs 23.51 in Q4FY25, against Rs 20.65 in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
