KUALA LUMPUR, July 26 (Bernama) -- The national sepak takraw squad lived up to expectations by booking their place in the final after defeating India 2-0 in the team regu event of the 2025 Thai King's Cup Championship in Songkhla today. In the semi-final held at Hatyai Hall, Central Hatyai Shopping Centre, the first regu comprising veterans Muhammad Syahir Mohd Rosdi, Farhan Adam and Mohammad Azlan Alias got off to a fiery start, securing the first point with a 15-10, 15-11 win. In the second match, the trio of Muhammad Noraizat Mohd Nordin, Muhammad Haziq Hairul Nizam and Norfaizzul Abd Razak continued the momentum to seal a second straight-set victory, 15-11, 15-8.
