Conclusion of Second Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Festival
Sports Personality of the Year Award The Sports Personality of the Year award was presented to His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Yarouf Al Naqbi, recognised for his outstanding contributions to the sports field and his leadership role as former chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Sports Club. Additionally, three families— the Sultan Tamim Al Riyami family, the Abdullah Zaid Al Tahuri family, and the Salem Ali Al Khalidi family— received the Sports Family Award. Festival highlights and attendees The festival was attended by prominent figures including His Excellency Ahmed Abdullah bin Yarouf, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Dibba Al Hisn; His Excellency Adel Alwan Al Naqbi, Director of the Emiri Court; and other notable sports and government officials.
