North Little Rock police investigating deadly shooting near Camp Robinson Road

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Officials with the North Little Rock Police Department said that they are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left one dead. According to a post , the incident happened at a home near the intersection of Camp Robinson Road and Oakview Drive after police were notified of a shooting in the area. Officers said that when they arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound inside the home. Police said that he was transported to an area hospital where he later died. Officials said that after an investigation, detectives located a person of interest and began speaking with them. No information was released regarding the identity of the victim or the person being interviewed by police. NLRPD officials ask that anyone with information contact their tip-line at 501-680-8439. North Little Rock police make arrest in deadly hit-and-run involving go-kart

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The North Little Rock Police Department said an arrest has been made following a deadly hit-and-run. According to a release from the NLRPD, Tamya Baker was wanted in connection with the Feb. 28 crash that happened at the intersection of West 15th Street and Pike Avenue. North Little Rock police searching for suspect in deadly hit-and-run involving go-kart Police said that Baker is being charged with one count of violating A.C.A. § 27-53-101 – Requirements in accidents with death or personal injury and is currently being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
