His wife, Jessica Biel, is said to be concerned about the toll the tour is taking on his mental and physical health. 'Jessica thinks Justin has aged years since he started the tour,' a separate source revealed, adding that he's become 'short-tempered both on and off stage.' While Timberlake has yet to publicly respond, many fans are urging a return to form, suggesting an NSYNC reunion might help lift spirits and restore energy to his performances.

Fans called out Justin Timberlake for not singing during a concert in Romania. Timberlake performed at the Electric Castle festival, but many weren't pleased with his performance. In one video, the pop singer can be heard continuously telling the audience to sing while walking around the stage and occasionally dancing. "When you pay for a concert but get a mute singer," a fan wrote while sharing the video on TikTok. "Dude took a day off on stage…" Users flooded the comments with jokes about the performance. "So y'all went to karaoke?" one wrote, while another added: "This performance could've been an email." "It looks like he doesn't even care," one user said. And another wrote: "So basically u paid ur ticket to listen to urself." "I would 100% request a refund," another chimed in. Fox News Digital has reached out to representatives for Timberlake for comment. Timberlake was in Romania as part of the European Leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. The "Cry Me a River" singer will head to Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey next. Timberlake's tour was almost derailed after the singer was arrested for DWI in June 2024. The former *NSYNC member pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of "driving while ability impaired" and was given community service. Timberlake addressed reporters after his hearing. The musician made a public apology and gave a drunk-driving PSA as required in his plea agreement. "So I don't, I don't know how many of you were in the courtroom and heard what I had to say in the courtroom, but I'll reiterate that and say this to you. Many of you have probably been covering me for a lot of my life. And as you may know, I try to hold myself to a very high standard for myself. And this was not that. I found myself in a position where I could have made a different decision, but I've had some time to reflect on that." "And I also understand by, you know, the fact that all of you are here, that I have a platform, you have a platform, we share that platform. The American singer rose to fame as part of The All New Mickey Mouse Club in the 1990s, going on to join the hugely successful boyband NSYNC, who sold over 70 million units worldwide. After the band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2002, Justin pursued a solo career, releasing the chart-topping albums Justified and FutureSex/LoveSounds, which included hits like Cry Me a River, Rock Your Body and SexyBack. He was dubbed the 'Prince of Pop', has 10 Grammy Awards, and is now one of the best-selling musicians of all time. Last year Justin, 44, embarked on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, his first in five years. Although it officially ended in February this year, it was quickly followed by an extension that has included festivals and one-off concerts titled 'JT Live 2025'. But just a few days before his last scheduled show in Istanbul, Turkey, on July 30, Justin has drawn the ire of some concertgoers. Last week Justin played at the Electric Castle festival in Romania, but soon after he was called out for signing very little of his track Can't Stop the Feeling live. The pop star seemed to lose his cool when his set was cut short due to a sound issue, according to a fan video shared via TikTok. In the clip, Timberlake was approached by two crew members who seemingly told him it was going to take a while to fix the issue. Visibly upset, Timberlake seemed to raise his voice at the two men while shaking his head and making angry hand gestures. Ironically, he was in the middle of singing his 2002 break-up anthem, Cry Me A River, which is rumoured to be about his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears. Despite the festival's crowd cheering for Timberlake as he spoke into the microphone, several netizens called out the *NYSNC star's behaviour, with one writing via X, 'HOW EMBARRASSING!!' 'Justin Timberlakes audio CUTS OFF right as he performs his Britney Spears hate anthem 'Cry Me A River.' I'm not saying he deserved it, but gods [sic] timing is always right. Cry ME a river Justin.' 'Losing it with your support crew is considered highly unprofessional in the world of stage performance,' another added in the comments of a TikTok video. Others begged lip-readers to transcribe what Timberlake was telling his crew, with one person writing, 'I want to know what they're talking [about].' However, many supporters rushed to defend Timberlake, with one saying, 'He hardly looks like he's losing it. Just annoyed. I would be too.' 'I don't blame him for being a bit peeved,' another chimed in. 'He's trying to entertain his fans that [sic] paid money to see him.' 'I'd be mad too damn,' a third agreed. A rep for Timberlake did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment. Timberlake took the stage in the UK after cancelling his final Forget Tomorrow World Tour stop in Ohio back in February. At the time, the hit maker claimed that he had the flu, but fans were infuriated after several allegedly received the cancellation notice 15 minutes before showtime. The Mirrors singer is currently in Europe for his tour, which is set to conclude in Turkey on July 30.
