The comment came a day after Trump announced that the US would 'substantially raise' tariffs on India over its purchase of Russian oilIndia has strongly rejected Trump's remarks and said that the targeting of India is 'unjustified and unreasonable.' New Delhi also pointed out to US' 'double standard', claiming the Washington continues to import from Russia uranium, chemicals and US president's special envoy Steve Witkoff arrived in Moscow early on August 6 where he will hold meetings with the Russian leadership.
