The actor also shared his approach to eating right. He always keeps healthy snacks with him on set and drinks plenty of water. While he's mindful of his dietary choices, he also believes in treating himself every now and then. 'I believe in balance, so I indulge in a cheat meal now and then. It's all about enjoying the little things without compromising the bigger picture," he added. On days when he is not shooting, Namik said he pushes himself harder in the gym. 'My workouts are a mix of strength training, muscle conditioning, and cardio. At the end of the day, fitness is not a phase or a checklist item—it's what keeps me grounded, centred, and ready to give my best," he said.
