Russian club Krylia Sovetov are plotting to hijack Heart of Midlothian's signing of Islam Chesnokov, despite the Kazakhstan winger having already signed a pre-contract agreement with the Edinburgh club, as a transfer fee has not been agreed to secure the 25-year-old's services before his Tobol contract ends in October.
