9F Inc receives Nasdaq notification regarding late filing of Form 20-F
9F Inc (JFU). announced that it received a notification letter dated May 23, 2025 from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc., indicating that the company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) since the company did not timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Notification Letter has no immediate effect on the listing of the company's American depositary shares on Nasdaq. Pursuant to the Nasdaq Listing Rules, the company has 60 calendar days from the date of the Notification Letter to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules. If Nasdaq accepts the Compliance Plan, it may grant the company an extension until November 11, 2025 to regain compliance. FLORHAM PARK, N.J., May 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celularity Inc. (Nasdaq: CELU) ('Celularity' or the 'Company'), a cellular and regenerative medicine company, today announced that on May 28, 2025, Nasdaq notified the Company that it did not timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2025. Based on this latest notice, the Company is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250 (c)(1), which requires the Company to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. B. Riley Financial (RILY) received an expected delinquency notification letter from Nasdaq on May 21 which indicated that the company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules as a result of the delayed filing of the company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2025. This notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's securities on Nasdaq. The company must submit a plan by June 2, 60 days from the Nasdaq letter received on April 3 in connection with the delinquency of the company's filing of its form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2024, to address how it intends to regain compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules.
