JOHANNESBURG - The National Dialogue has become contentious before it has begun.

Last week the Thabo Mbeki, Desmond and Leah Tutu, Steve Biko and FW de Klerk foundations withdrew from the National Dialogue Task Team and the National Convention which is the first major event planned for this Friday.
We've heard from the President and the new team steering the event on Friday saying it will go ahead.
One of the contentious issue is costs. Nonkululekho Mtambo from the National Convention Organising Committee discussed this with eNCA.
