e& has unveiled its new Business Continuity as a Service (BCaaS) solution at the World Crises and Emergency Management Summit 2025, organised by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management (NCEMA). The fully-managed service aims to help organisations identify potential threats and develop response mechanisms to maintain operational efficiency during disruptions. The service enables organisations to maintain operations during disruptions, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce costs whilst improving performance.
