42,000 people displaced due to floods in Niger

Basant Ahmed The National Fire Brigade announced that floods in Niger have killed 23 people, injured 21 others, and displaced more than 42,000 people. Niger's news agency reported on Saturday that 5,855 families, representing 42,559 people, were affected by the floods, in addition to the collapse of 361 homes.
