The jackpot winner is from France, organisers said. A British person also became the UK's newest millionaire tonight with the National Lottery Millionaire Maker. Tonight's code is: XMPX55830. Seven people won the second EuroMillions prize tonight, matching five numbers and one star. The estimated prize for this result is £130,554.30, reports The Mirror. The winning numbers for tonight's EuroMillions were 24, 31, 34, 41 and 43, with the Lucky Stars 06 and 08. Seven people also matched five numbers, winning an estimated prize of £13,561.20. Besides the massive jackpot and other considerable winnings, numerous other people scooped up a cash prize this evening. 78 people matched four numbers and two stars, winning a prize of £844.70, and there were 1,622,924 people who matched two numbers and won £2.50. Andy Carter, the senior winner's advisor at Allwyn, said tonight's jackpot has the ability to transform the winner's life. In March, a huge £209.3m jackpot was won by a ticket holder in Austria. Recently, a winning EuroMillions ticket was also bought in Scotland, but a week after the draw, they were yet to claim their reward. Lottery bosses revealed at the time that the winning ticket hadn't been claimed after it was bought in Fife on June 13. With odds standing at 1 in 3.03 for various cash awards, TikTok user Jax set off on an endeavour to outwit the odds, teasingly annotating his video: "Can't believe how much I won." Kicking off his scratch card marathon, he said: "I'm about to scratch 120 Millionaire Maker scratchcards - this could take a while. Let's hope the first one is a winner... the answer to that is no, let's hope there aren't too many more like this." Speeding through to the "halfway point" of his adventure, Jax showed the glaring disparity between his hefty "loser pile" and considerably tinier "winner pile". He said: "So I spent £600 on these Scratchcards - and the return was £360. That's a loss of £240. "Stay away from the Scratchcards - you think you're going to win, but you're just not. Please don't gamble." Article continues below One TikTok viewer shared: "They are terrible things. I used to spend at least a tenner per day buying them. Haven't bought one since 1st January. Been putting £10 per day in a tin. Christmas sorted." Someone else said: "I used to work in a Spar shop when I was in uni. "Watching people waste hundreds on lottery taught me all I needed to know. Never bought a lottery ticket in my life." Another person accepted the grim reality saying: "I've never seen anyone make a profit on a video like this ever, poor man's tax." Another viewer added: "Same as any gambling, the house always wins." But, striking a different note, one UK resident reminisced about a positive outcome: "A family friend won £250,000 a few years back, with his last 4 quid he bought two £2 ones." Article continues below But Jax's wins in March, however, resulted in a £420 return from £600 worth of scratchcards, whilst in April he clawed back £340 after spending £500. Overall, that's £1,700 spent with winnings of £1,120 - an overall loss of £580.
