4,000 families benefit from sacrificial meat project
The Islamic Education Association has successfully completed its annual sacrificial meat distribution project during Eid Al-Adha, benefiting more than 4,000 families across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The initiative was carried out in record time, with meat delivered to beneficiaries on the same day of slaughter — bringing joy and relief to families in need.
Adel bin Rashid Busaibe, Director of the Society's National Projects Department, described the operation as a major logistical and organisational achievement.
oted that all phases of the project were implemented locally within Eid and the two days that followed, highlighting the efficiency and dedication of the working teams.
As part of this year's improvements, the Association introduced a new distribution mechanism that allowed recipients to receive meat portions according to their preferences.
The project covered all regions of Bahrain, supported by around-the-clock customer service during the Eid holidays.
The 'Partners in Charity' hotline was activated to ensure direct communication and support throughout the process.
Busaibe extended his sincere appreciation to the generous donors whose trust and contributions were instrumental to the success of the project.
