BHU's new website highlights growth, research, and student well-being

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has launched a special news portal -- -- to serve as a one-stop-shop of information about university initiatives, student-oriented programmes, research production, and faculty site is designed with the intention of showcasing the necessary information about campus life and BHU's ongoing evolution. It includes such pages as news, initiatives, activities, achievements, patents, projects, and a video gallery -- providing a holistic idea of what's transpiring around the portal was inaugurated formally by Professor Rakesh Raman, Computer Centre Coordinator, in the presence of Professor Rajesh Kumar (Deputy Coordinator), Naveen Chaubey (System Manager), Professor Anurag Dave (Professor-in-charge of External Communication), and Dr Rajesh Singh (Public Relations Officer). A few faculty members, SRK interns from the External Communication department, and other university staff were Raman described the website as a platform to enable BHU to enhance outreach and create a positive image.
