, District Force, and Special Armed Force (SAF) of Balaghat and Mandla districts in an event held at Rani Avantibai Stadium, Lanji (Balaghat).
The promotions were conferred during the 'Pre-Promotion Ceremony' on officers were decorated with new rank badges by CM Yadav and director general of police Kailash Makwana, who called the moment "unforgettable" for the ceremony was attended by several dignitaries including minister in charge of Balaghat district Uday Pratap Singh, special DGP (ANO) Pankaj Kumar Srivastava, IG Balaghat Sanjay Kumar, DIG Balaghat, collector Mrinal Meena, SP Balaghat Nagendra Singh, SP Mandla Rajat Saklecha, and Hawk Force Commander Shiyaz K M, alongside numerous public representatives and senior police event marks the first instance of 64 police officers receiving out-of-turn promotions simultaneously in a single the gathering, CM Yadav lauded the bravery of the police forcesin various operations.
DGP Kailash Makwana praised the dedication of the Hawk Force, stating that the govt has created 325 new posts for Hawk Force and 850 posts for SSU, while deploying young IPS and DSP officers in Naxal-prone areas to strengthen the campaign. He emphasized that the goal is the complete elimination of Naxalism by March 2026.
