The Block fan favourites set the record straight on rumours that their marriage is over
Block star Bec Douros has hit back at rumours that she has split with husband George.
Rumours recently emerged that the 2013 Block fan favourites have quietly parted ways.
The rumour mill started spinning over on Facebook gossip group Tea Time, after one Block fan asked for the couple's whereabouts.
'Does anyone know what happened to Bec and George Douros from The Block?' they asked.
'I tried to search their page on Instagram as I was following her, but it's been deleted.'

Another fan chimed in, suggesting a split: 'I don't think they are together any more.'
One internet sleuth mentioned the interior design company Bec and George launched following their appearance on The Block, called Nectaar.
A quick peruse of Nectaar's website shows no sign of George, but rather lists Bec and Emily Jury as the faces behind the interior design brand.
It's a similar story on the company's Instagram page, too, with George also nowhere to be seen, while Bec and her children feature on the page quite prominently.
Speaking to Daily Mail, Bec rubbished suggestions of a split, saying that she and George were still very much together.
'People love a gossip don't they,' she said.
'George and I are very happily married, celebrating 22 years together and 16 years married this November.'
Bec added that the couple preferred to live a life away from the limelight as they work on building Nectaar and parenting their three children.
'We have chosen to be pretty private these days and stay right out of the public eye unless it's related to our design business. It's to respect our children as they are getting older and going through school now,' she said.
'We are living a quiet and private life with our three children and would love to keep it that way!'
The couple recently completed the build of their family home in the historic Victorian town of Williamstown.
Dubbed Alma Terrace House, the four-bedroom resort-style home boasts striking all-white interiors and exteriors.
The couple were last seen together on social media talking about their renovation in a promo video for Trend Windows and Doors in August last year.
Bec and George are parents to three children – Archie, nine, Lenny, seven, and Rosetta Dafni, five.
Little Rosetta's name appears to be a touching tribute to Bec's late mother Rosa, who died of breast cancer during filming of The Block in 2013.
The couple, who competed on The Block: Sky High, took home a profit of $242,000 in 2013 when their South Melbourne apartment sold at auction for $1.5 million.
Since leaving the show, they went on to renovate their own home as well as start the building and design business, Nectaar.
