The strategic partnership will unlock even more rewards for 35 million members worldwide, who can now enjoy seamless conversions. Emirates Skywards miles can now pay for Coca-Cola Arena tickets
Frequent flyers with Emirates already have it good. That's a given. And now their loyalty is giving them even more. As of Monday May 26, those who are signed up to the Emirates Skywards loyalty programme can use their points to pay for live concerts, comedy shows and sporting events at Coca-Cola Arena. Emirates' loyalty scheme already includes amazing experiences across the globe but this now means that travellers are able to spend their miles on top Dubai events. With a capacity of 17,000, the Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk plays host to the city's biggest live events every year. Many of the Dubai Comedy Festival line-up will perform at the arena, as well as pop stars, Bollywood icons and even the Dubai Basketball team. Emirates Skywards has introduced Classic Rewards for members to redeem Skywards Miles for full flight tickets on all flydubai flights, starting from 5,000 Miles. This expansion follows the partnership between Emirates and flydubai since 2018, offering customers one loyalty currency and benefits. Emirates wins four Business Traveller Mideast awards
Emirates won four awards at the Business Traveller Middle East 2025 awards, including 'Best Airline Worldwide' for the 12th year in a row, as well as 'Best First Class', 'Best Premium Economy Class', and 'Best Airport Lounge in the Middle East'. Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, Centre, and Dr Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President, Skywards, received the awards on Emirates' behalf. The awards honour excellence across the business travel ecosystem, underpinned by a transparent public voting process to recognise top-level work and innovations helping to shape the future of the travel industry.
