The 35-year-old Nerang man was found dead inside a room at the Hinterland Hotel at about 11am on Saturday. Yesterday an autopsy found he died from what police described as a significant head injury. The autopsy also found he had significant internal injuries. Homicide detectives are now working alongside the criminal investigations branch on the case. Investigators are appealing for information from anyone who stayed at or visited the Hinterland Hotel at Nerang on Friday night or Saturday morning. More to come.
