The four-time Grand Slam champion has sold her LA residence back to Nick and Vanessa Lachey for $7.95 million — roughly three years after buying the San Fernando Valley spread from the celebrity couple for $6.3 million. The transaction took place off-market, though records show the Tarzana home was quietly priced at $8.295 million in the local multiple listings service, according to the Wall Street Journal.
