She contested the same Listed race she won 12 months previously en route to landing the Wokingham at Royal Ascot. This term she has Group 1 entries and, as she is best in at the ratings in the Listed Cecil Frail Stakes, a return to winning form can keep her on that path.

Newsboy's racing tips for Wednesday's five meetings, including Brighton nap
Newsboy's has two big fancies at Brighton on Wednesday, with his Nap, Pop Dancer running in the 6.00 and his next best, Devasboy, going in the 7.30 POP DANCER can prove a big hit for punters in the Handicap (6.00) over five and a half furlongs at Brighton tomorrow evening. A two-time course and distance winner, the eight-year-old came good 18 days ago after an 18-race losing streak, making all to comfortably land a five-runner Goodwood handicap by half a length over the minimum trip. Undulating courses suit Tony Carroll's gelding, and a third win on the Sussex Downs course looks on the cards as he takes a drop in class. Later on the same card, DEVASBOY has had an even longer gap in between victories, his last being at Chester nearly three years ago. But despite the wait, the six-year-old has the opportunity to score a second course and distance success in the Download The Star Sports App Handicap (7.30) over a mile. He ran well at Chepstow last week on fast ground over seven furlongs, running on strongly under Tom Marquand in the closing stages to finish third of 13, a length and a half behind Ravenglass. And the fact trainer Michael Appleby has booked the same jockey again to ride him is a bonus. Newsboy's horse racing tips for Tuesday's five meetings including Nottingham NAP
On a busy Tuesday, Newsboy likes the look of newly gelding Godolphin challenger for his NAP and fancies another making her hurdles debut at Southwell KING'S CHARTER (3.32, NAP) can start to live up to his hefty price tag by getting off the mark at Nottingham today. Efforts in two hot maiden races last year were well up to par for this grade but trainer Charlie Appleby decided the €650,000 buy would have brighter prospects as a gelding. It has worked for stable star Rebel's Romance, who took his earnings to £10.6 million at York last week, and hopefully will do the trick for King's Charter. Last year he finished third in a race won by unbeaten Group 2 winner Bay City Roller and then fourth in a Newbury maiden stacked with talent. The first, second, third and fifth from that race have all scored since and King's Charter can complete the sequence. Over jumps at Southwell TAKTIQUE GAGNANTE (4.20, NB) can get off the mark for her new connections on hurdles debut. The mare was backed into morning favouritism for a Cheltenham Bumper last month but could only finish 16th of 18. Even that form would put her in the mix on her second start for Richard Newland and Jamie Insole but she is better judged on a promising third in a Cork bumper in January. At Huntingdon Flat winner NOISY JAZZ (6.40) can make a winning debut over hurdles for the James Owen stable. SELECTIONS
