This is the dramatic moment a hero cop saves a driver who was having a heart attack behind the wheel of his car in Joplin, Missouri.
Footage shows Sergeant Nick Booe of the Newton County Sheriff's Office, running to help Barton County farmer Spencer Arnold, after realising he was having a medical emergency.
