The bike maker has announced dates for the upcoming edition of Motoverse 2025, which will be held between November 21-23 in Vagator, Goa. This year's edition promises to bring its comprehensive lineup of motorcycles and music artists together on the stage. Registrations for Motoverse 2025 are now open with earlybird passes priced at ₹2,499. Groups of five pay ₹2,399 per person, while groups of 10 command a special price of ₹2,299 per person. The 2025 Royal Enfield Motoverse edition promises to bring a comprehensive lineup of new motorcycles and music artists together on the stage with acts featuring Hanumankind, Thaikkudam Bridge, and more. 2025 Royal Enfield Motoverse: What To Expect? The 2025 Motoverse edition will see custom bike builders from across the globe showcase some of their best creations. The bike maker has also confirmed the new Flying Flea electric brand, and the Himalayan Electric test bed - HIM-E, will be on display, along with some exclusive releases. One of the biggest showcases expected this year is the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, which is likely to debut at EICMA 2025, before heading to India for Motoverse 2025. Shropshire cyclist's 'relief' after breaking coastline record
A cyclist says she feels a "sense of relief" after becoming the fastest person to circumnavigate Britain's coastline by Weaver, from Ludlow, Shropshire, rode more than 7,700km (4,784 miles) in 21 days, 10 hours and 48 minutes, completing her journey in London on former professional cyclist cut 17 hours off the time set by Nick Sanders in 1984 and in doing so became the first woman to hold the Weaver told BBC Radio Shropshire she felt "disoriented" after the challenge and did not know what to do with herself "without a stopwatch on everything". "It still feels like it hasn't really happened yet but I'm sure it will sink in at some point. It's more a sense of relief," she said."I still haven't got the overwhelming joy of it, I've just got this sense of a massive weight off my shoulders." The challenge, which began on 15 June, saw Ms Weaver cycle clockwise around the English, Welsh and Scottish said she was sat on her bike for an average of about 18 hours a day, with her daily stints adding up to about 360 to biggest challenges included the days of bad weather, particularly rain and strong headwinds, although she only had one "embarrassing topple" from her bike during the whole journey. Ms Weaver has also raised more than £10,000 for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute and said the response had been "hard to comprehend", especially from those who turned out to support her."People you don't even know being at the roadside cheering me on, sending me so many messages, being at the finish – it's been almost hard to process," she Weaver said she was now looking forward to not being on her bike for a while but would likely get "sucked into another challenge" in the future. Latecoere announces the completion of a reserved capital increase for managers for an amount of approximately 1.1 million euros
TOULOUSE, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: Latecoere (the " Company "), a Tier 1 supplier to major international aircraft manufacturers, announces the completion of a reserved capital increase for the benefit of employees and corporate officers of the group, amounting, including the issue premium, to approximately €1.1 million (the " Capital Increase '). This Capital Increase is part of the profit-sharing plan implemented in 2023 and is based on the authorizations of the Company's General Meeting held on December 30, 2024. Terms of the issue Latecoere issued 73,333,328 new shares at a unit subscription price of 0.015 euros as part of the Capital Increase. The total amount of the Capital Increase (including issue premium) amounts to approximately 1.1 million euros (of which approximately 733,333 euros in nominal amount and 366,666 euros in issue premium). This capital increase without preferential subscription rights benefits to persons belonging to a category of persons meeting specific characteristics, namely certain managers of Latecoere Group 1. The Capital Increase was launched on April 16, 2025 by decision of the Chief Executive Officer, acting on subdelegation of the Board of Directors of March 19, 2025, acting itself on the basis of the delegation granted by the General Meeting on December 30, 2024 (34 th resolution ). Five managers of Latecoere group subscribed to the Capital Increase (the ' Beneficiaries '), including Mr. Nick Sanders, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. André-Hubert Roussel, Chief Executive Officer of Latecoere Group. The new shares carry current dividend rights and are treated as the same as the existing shares. They are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on the same trading line as the existing shares. The change in the distribution of capital and the dilutive impact for shareholders are therefore not significant.
