Woman charged, drugs seized after home searched in Windsor, N.S.
A woman is facing charges after a home was searched in Windsor, N.S., earlier this month.
RCMP officers executed a search warrant at the home on Stannus Street after a 'lengthy investigation' on Aug. 1.
Several people were arrested.
Police say they seized a quantity of cocaine, money, and other evidence of drug trafficking.
Nicole Spence of Canning is facing charges as a result of the investigation.
The 23-year-old is charged with:
possession for the purpose of trafficking
possession of property obtained by crime (two counts)
several offences under the Nova Scotia Revenue Act
Spence has been released from custody and has a pending court date at Kentville provincial court.
The other people who were arrested during the search warrant were released without charges.
